Over 100 embryonic stem cell lines have been derived at Primogenix from various commonly used and specialty strains of laboratory mice.

Inbred Laboratory Strains:

Inquire about our stock, we have a large number of ESC lines from various inbred and inbred-hybrid mouse strains under development, we may have the lines you want.
 

 
Transgenic and Gene Targeted models:

Primogenix performs custom, de novo pluripotent stem cell derivation from your transgenic and knockout mouse models.

These pluripotent ESC lines can be a useful addition to your studies by closing the gap between in vivo and in vitro studies. You already know the expression pattern of your transgene from your animal studies. At times it is useful to complement animal studies with cellular assays using ESC lines derived directly from your well characterized mouse models.
