Derived from C57BL/6N-tac mice

This is a robust B6 mouse ESC line. It has been used by scientists around the world to successfully generate more than 50 knockout models. It has a normal male karyotype has been tested for common mouse pathogens and produces high color coat chimeras when 12-14 cells are injected into either B6, B6-white, or BALB/c blastocysts.
