This is a robust
129/X1SvJ mouse ESC line. This is the same mouse strain that
was used to make Genome Systems/Incyte Genomics’ BAC
library. The strain was sequenced by Celera. This is a robust
line with a normal male karyotype and has been screened for
common mouse pathogens. It makes high color coat, germline
competent chimeras when 5-8 cells are injected into B6 blastocysts.
